Climate change, nuclear power and the U.S. Nucelar Regulatory Commission

Speaking of the Nobel Peace Prize, some people think–and this is ironic if you’ve studied the environmental movement in the U.S.–that climate change concerns may eventually lead to the building of nuclear power plants in the U.S. and worldwide on a relatively large scale.
