To our knowledge, our firm never has directly received any work (that we wanted) from this blog.

Possible explanations/rationalizations:

1. Generally, a GC from a prospective client we want is too busy and/or conservative to read blogs.
2. I am not eager to share with current GCs that I even have a blog–it would make them nervous (and it would if I talked about it too much). They want me working hard for them, not “blogging” about how great my client service is–which they know about.
3. Blogs are not mainstream yet. The time has not come. And WAC? does not wish to promote blogs, which others are better at doing.
4. WAC? is a mediocre, dull or just BS blog.
5. We haven’t worked hard enough, long enough or smartly enough on using the blog to directly market. Or, we don’t really want to get biz from it.
