And reflects one of the worst moments of blawging in 2011. 3 Bad things happend beginning in Arpil ol last year. (2) Normally sane humans were successfully pressured and often bullied into writing about (1) Joseph Rafkosky, who screwed the pooch badly by taking a murder case for which he was not wualified and then suing anyone who wrote about it in one of the most ill-adviseddd law suits ever borught. You can pick what was worst. Everyone has a right to comment accrately about develpos in the law and in criminal and civil procedure. But no one should ever tell you ;(a) what to write about and (b) how to write about it. Shame on anyone who pressured other bloogers to condemn R. Shame on anyone who didn’t try to stop it.
