PR International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR) has released its new Global Rules For Accelerated Commercial Arbitration. Significant provisions of the new Accelerated Rules include a provision requiring arbitrators to make an award as soon as feasible and in any event within six months of constitution of the tribunal. The default position is a sole arbitrator.
