Boston’s Jay Shepherd, who also writes the fine Gruntled Employees, recently started The Client Revolution. (Read his five-sentence introduction slowly, maybe twice.) On management-side HR issues, Jay’s been smart and feisty, often making way too much sense. So we can’t think of a better lawyer-thought leader to help align the interests of higher-end clients and their firms. Or a better city to start an enduring crusade or fistfight.
